FansMetrics Review
FansMetrics is an OnlyFans search engine built around creator statistics: leaderboards, upload counts and subscriber estimates. Its visitors stay a long time, about 5 minutes and 4 pages per visit. But search results were poor (4/10 and 2/10), the first results were mostly ads, only some of them labeled, and its data and database claims didn’t hold up.

Claims we checked
What the site says on its own pages, and what we found in our tests.
| What it claims | What we found | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Search in 3,000,000 OnlyFans accounts (2 million at test time) | Our checks didn’t support that size | Didn’t hold up |
| Real-time leaderboard, “updated dynamically” | Profile data we checked was out of date | Didn’t hold up |
| 1,800,000 unique users a month, 60,000 a day, 90% from the US, Canada and UK | Similarweb estimates about 220,000 visits a month, mostly from the US | Didn’t hold up |
| Search by keywords, categories, photos, price and locations | Location and category sorting worked; no filters or photo search | Partly |

What FansMetrics is
FansMetrics launched in 2021 and puts numbers ahead of search. Its homepage is a stack of rankings: editor picks, rising stars, a “dynamic leaderboard”, the creators who posted the most photos and videos in the past month, and lists of free accounts and free-trial links. It also has a Telegram channel, a blog and a promote page for creators.
Search quality
Our simple query, “redhead”, returned 4 relevant results out of 10, and our detailed query 2 out of 10. Both are well below the 45-engine averages of 6/10 and 4/10. Ads count as results in our test, and most of the first results were ads.
Features
Sorting (free, categories, location) and location search worked, with pages by country and city. There are no filters, no autocomplete, no saving, no image search, no feed and no natural language search, and results show only as a grid. Result cards carry a lot of statistics, which makes them busy to read.
Data
When we tested, FansMetrics claimed 2 million creators; its homepage now says “3,000,000 OnlyFans Accounts”. The size counts as over 1 million (+3), but our checks didn’t support it, so the claim check is marked Fake claim (−1). It calls its leaderboard “real-time” and “updated dynamically”, but profile details we compared with live OnlyFans pages were out of date (0 for freshness).
Ads and pricing
FansMetrics is free. Ads are aggressive: most of the first results were sponsored. Some carry an “Ad” label and some don’t, so we mark them Partly labeled (0 points).
Speed and usability
The design is basic, and usability is rated bad (−1): pages are crowded and the site crashed during our test. PageSpeed Insights scored the homepage 84 on mobile and 92 on desktop.
Audience and engagement
Similarweb estimates about 220,000 visits a month, mostly from the US. 37% come from organic search and 37% direct, with none from adult sites. The bounce rate is 60%, but those who stay view 4 pages and spend about 5 minutes. That earns 7 of 12 Audience & engagement points.
Who it’s for
Fans and creators who are curious about creator statistics and rankings, more than people trying to find a specific creator. For finding creators by location with far better results, OnlyFinder scored 9/10 and 8/10.
Advertising on FansMetrics
About 163k of its monthly visits come from search and direct traffic, and 0% come from adult sites. Ads are sold through CreatorTraffic.
How to advertise on FansMetrics
FansMetrics links to a promote page for creators, and our data lists CreatorTraffic as its sales channel: a self-serve network where you bid per click (CPC, cost per click). We found no pay-per-subscriber option (CPL, cost per subscriber) and no free listing. Removals go through its DMCA takedown page.
FansMetrics advertising prices
CreatorTraffic’s average CPC across its network is €0.50, about $0.57 at the 22 September 2026 rate, and the minimum deposit is $100. You need to bid at least the average to get a useful number of clicks. At $0.57 per click, $500 buys roughly 880 clicks.
FansMetrics traffic for advertisers
About 220,000 visits a month, of which about 163,000 are Search-intent visits (organic search and direct). None come from adult sites. Engagement is mixed: 60% of visitors leave after one page, but on average visitors view 4 pages and stay 5 minutes. The promote section claims 1.8 million users a month, far above the Similarweb estimate.
Is advertising on FansMetrics worth it?
FansMetrics ranks #13 of 27 in our creator ranking, with a creator score of 47/100. It scores well on buying: low click prices that are public and a $100 minimum. The network pulls it down: we rate CreatorTraffic −4, because it claims more than 20 million monthly visitors while the partner sites we could identify total about 5 million on Similarweb. Start at the $100 minimum and compare your cost per subscriber with OnlyTraffic’s $1.99.
