OnlyFam calls itself an “OnlyFans Intelligence Platform” and offers image search, location search and 500+ filters. Its homepage says search is free with no signup, but most of this OnlyFans search engine sits behind a subscription of $3 to $12 a month. What we could test was weak: 7/10 on our simple query and 0/10 on the detailed one.

What OnlyFam is
OnlyFam launched in 2024 and presents itself as “the world’s leading OnlyFans Intelligence Platform”, with three sides: discovering creators, promoting creators and analyzing the OnlyFans market. For fans, it offers search, image search, 500+ filters and top lists by country, US state, city and category. The homepage says it covers more than 630,000 active creators from 166 countries.
Search quality
“redhead” returned 7 relevant results out of 10, one above the 45-engine average. “blonde with big tits” returned 0 out of 10, against an average of 4/10. Without a subscription, the results you can reach are limited.
Features
Filters work. Image search and location search exist, but only on paid plans. Under our rules, paid-only image search still counts (+3) and location search behind a paywall counts as yes (+1); we couldn’t fully check location results because they sit behind the paywall. There’s no sorting, autocomplete, saving, feed or natural language search, and results show as a grid.
Data
OnlyFam says it has more than 630,000 creators and adds 4,947 new ones a week. The size counts as over 500,000 (+2), but we couldn’t verify it, because results sit behind the paywall (0 for the claim check). Profile details we compared with live OnlyFans pages hadn’t been updated (0 for freshness).
Ads and pricing
We saw no ads (+1). Instead, OnlyFam charges: subscriptions run from $3 to $12 a month, and the product can’t be used properly without one, so we mark it Paywalled (−1). That clashes with the homepage, which says “IT’S FREE. NO SIGNUP REQUIRED.”
Speed and usability
The design is modern and usability is average. PageSpeed Insights scored the homepage 99 on mobile and 100 on desktop.
Audience and engagement
