OnlySearch Review
OnlySearch is an OnlyFans search engine running since 2020, built around filters, location pages and a map of creators. It scored 10/10 on our simple query, and its database of about 1 million creators held up. Detailed searches are its weak spot at 4/10, and the first results are mostly ads with no label.

What OnlySearch is
OnlySearch has been online since 2020, and its about page says it was founded by women. It sorts creators into categories by attributes, location and interests, and runs Best, New and Free lists. Its newest feature is a map: the homepage says 450,000 accounts have a location, searchable “near me” or across 3,000 cities. It’s a different site from Only Search (onlysearch.com), a separate engine in our test.
Search quality
Our simple query, “redhead”, returned 10 relevant results out of 10. Our detailed query, “blonde with big tits”, returned 4 out of 10, exactly the 45-engine average. OnlySearch has no natural language search, so it handles one keyword far better than several conditions at once. Ads also take most of the first positions.
Features
Filters are its strength: you can narrow results by gender, location, age, price and interests, among others. Sorting, autocomplete and location search worked, and results can be viewed as a grid or a feed. There’s no natural language search, no image search, no way to save creators and no browsing feed on the homepage. It earns 5 of 11 feature points.
Data
OnlySearch claimed about 1 million creators when we tested, and the results we could reach supported that. Its homepage goes further and talks about “millions” of profiles; our check covered the 1 million figure only. Profile details matched live OnlyFans pages, so data freshness counts as regular.
Ads and pricing
Search is free. The cost is ads: the first results are mostly sponsored placements, and none carry an “Ad” or “Sponsored” label. That costs 2 points and makes it hard to tell which creators rank on merit.
Speed and usability
The design is basic and usability average. PageSpeed Insights scored the homepage 95 on mobile and 100 on desktop.
Audience and engagement
Similarweb estimates about 330,000 visits a month, mostly from the US. 60% come from organic search and 30% direct, with none from adult sites or paid search. The bounce rate is 40%, with 4 pages and 2 minutes per visit. It earns 6 of 12 audience points; a direct share of exactly 30% misses the extra point by a hair.
Who it’s for
Fans who search by one keyword, a place or a set of filters. For detailed descriptions, OnlyFinder (#3, 64) scored 8/10 on the same query, and SpicyRush (#4, 64) scored 10/10 with no ads.
Advertising on OnlySearch
About 297k of its monthly visits come from search and direct traffic, and 0% come from adult sites. Ads are sold through Direct.
How to advertise on OnlySearch
OnlySearch sells ads directly on its promotion page (onlysearch.co/promotion). You top up an advertiser dashboard by card, ACH transfer or crypto and pay per click (CPC, cost per click) to rank higher in its search results. It doesn’t sell pay-per-subscriber campaigns (CPL, cost per subscriber), and there’s no free listing. There is a DMCA page for removal.
OnlySearch advertising prices
The promotion page publishes an average CPC of $0.75 and a $100 minimum top-up, and says it offers free $100 tests to selected agencies. At $0.75, $500 buys roughly 670 clicks. The page also says campaigns get 20 to 120 subscribers a day, depending on bids; we couldn’t verify that.
OnlySearch traffic for advertisers
About 330,000 visits a month, of which about 297,000 are search-intent visits from organic search and direct visits. None come from adult sites. Visitors bounce 40% of the time and view 4 pages over 2 minutes. The promotion page’s “5M high-intent users” counts all visitors since 2020, so it can’t be compared with monthly data.
Is advertising on OnlySearch worth it?
OnlySearch ranks #2 of 27 in our creator ranking, with a creator score of 72/100. Public prices, a $100 minimum, direct buying and search traffic with no adult-site share are its strengths. Its weaknesses: no pay-per-subscriber option, and ads shown to fans without a label. The low minimum makes a first test cheap; track cost per subscriber and add budget only if it holds.
