Our verdict · Every result is the same ads

OnlyRegistry is a 2026 OnlyFans search engine and creator directory that, by its own count, lists 86 creators. Its pages are fast and the design is clean. But every search we ran returned the same set of unlabeled ads, so both of our queries scored 0/10.

What OnlyRegistry is

OnlyRegistry launched in 2026 and calls itself “the OnlyFans creator registry”. By its own figures it lists 86 verified active creators with 4.2M+ fans combined, organized into best-of, free-trial, country and niche pages. Each creator gets a profile page with several photos. Much of the site is aimed at creators, who apply to be listed.

Search quality

“redhead” and “blonde with big tits” both scored 0/10, against 45-engine averages of 6/10 and 4/10. Whatever we searched, the results were the same set of ads rather than creators matching the query.

Features

We found no filters, sorting, autocomplete, saved creators, image search, feed or natural language search. There’s an “OnlyFans near me” page, but no working location search. Results show as a grid.

Data

OnlyRegistry doesn’t claim a large database; its 86 listings are the whole registry by its own count. It says every listing is “checked daily against live profile data” and that inactive accounts drop off automatically. The profiles we compared with live OnlyFans pages weren’t updated, so the “refreshed daily” claim is a fake claim and costs 1 point.

Ads and pricing

Browsing is free. The problem is that every result we saw was an ad, and none carried an “Ad” or “Sponsored” label, which costs 2 points.

Speed and usability

The design is modern and simple. PageSpeed Insights scored the homepage 87 on mobile and 100 on desktop.

Audience and engagement

OnlyRegistry is new, and Similarweb has no traffic data for it. That costs 5 points, and its other audience metrics aren’t scored, because estimates for small sites are unreliable.

Who it’s for

We can’t recommend it to fans in its current state: searching only brings up the same ads. For relevant results, Facedigger and SpicyRush scored 9/10 or better on both of our queries.

How to advertise on OnlyRegistry

OnlyRegistry sells listings directly on its advertise page (onlyregistry.com/advertise). Creators submit a display name, email, OnlyFans link and up to 4 sample photos, and a person reviews each submission. Listed creators appear in its search, the daily “Best OnlyFans” ranking, niche pages, the free-trials page and a featured rotation. It doesn’t publish prices per click (CPC, cost per click) or per subscriber (CPL, cost per subscriber).

OnlyRegistry advertising prices

The first month is free, with no card needed. After that, the page says listings move to “a simple monthly plan”, explained before anything is charged; the price isn’t public. Ask for the monthly price, what placement it includes, and whether a CPC option or minimum deposit applies.

OnlyRegistry traffic for advertisers

Similarweb has no traffic data for OnlyRegistry, so we can’t say how many people would see a listing. The advertise page says fans come mainly from the US, UK and Canada; we couldn’t verify that.

Is advertising on OnlyRegistry worth it?

OnlyRegistry ranks #26 of 27 in our creator ranking, with a creator score of 0/100. It earns points for selling directly and for a free first listing, but loses 5 for having no traffic data, has no public prices, and we found no DMCA or removal process. The free first month costs nothing to try; check whether it brings you any visitors before moving to a paid plan.
