Only4Search is a small, free OnlyFans search engine whose results are better than its looks. It scored 8/10 on our simple query and 7/10 on our detailed one, well above average, and location search works. The design and usability are poor, sorting doesn’t work, and organic results take two clicks to reach a creator’s OnlyFans page.

What Only4Search is
Only4Search launched in 2025. It offers a search box for names, locations, categories and niches, filters for things like hair color and location, a “Near Me” tool with a range from 5 km to 500 km, and a form for creators to add their profile. There’s no app; the site says it’s optimized for phones instead.
Search quality
Relevance is the strong point. Our simple query, “redhead”, returned 8 relevant results out of 10. Our detailed query, “blonde with big tits”, returned 7 out of 10. The averages across all 45 engines are 6/10 and 4/10, so detailed searches are a clear strength.
Features
Filters, natural language search and location search all worked. There’s a price sort, but it didn’t change the results in our test. There’s no autocomplete, no way to save creators, no image search and no feed, and results show only as a grid. The site loads more results with a “load more” button rather than scrolling.
Data
Only4Search claims about 700,000 profiles. It was hard to verify: there’s no infinite scroll, and reaching deep into the results means clicking “load more” again and again. The FAQ says the database is “updated every single day like clockwork”, but profile details we compared with live OnlyFans pages weren’t up to date. We mark that daily-update claim as a fake claim, which costs 1 point.
Ads and pricing
Search is free, as the homepage says, with “no hidden charges”. It shows sponsored results, and they carry an ad label. One difference stands out: sponsored results link straight to the creator’s OnlyFans page, while organic results open a page in the middle of the site first, so reaching a creator you found yourself takes an extra click. We found no public way to buy those sponsored placements.
Speed and usability
This is where it loses most points. The design looks old, and some functions on the page don’t work properly, so we rated both design and usability as bad (−1 each). Speed isn’t the problem: PageSpeed Insights scored the homepage 97 on mobile and 100 on desktop.
Audience and engagement
Similarweb estimates about 26,000 visits a month, with Switzerland as the top country. Engines under 50,000 visits get −5 points, and their other audience metrics aren’t scored, because estimates for small sites are unreliable.
Who it’s for
Patient fans who search with detailed descriptions and don’t mind a clunky interface. If you want similar relevance with a smoother site, OnlyFinder scored 9/10 and 8/10 on our queries and also has natural language and location search.
